    • Shipped features in a layered architecture (Actions, DTOs and Form Requests in Laravel; Server Action → Use Case → Repository in Next.js) with Typesense search, MinIO object storage and Laravel Reverb real-time updates.
    • Sped up mass inventory updates on a 3.6M-SKU MySQL table by adding a prefix index online, cutting rows scanned per update from 3.6M to about 3,200 and preventing interlocking row updates.
    • Rewrote vendor import APIs to stream JSON and CSV feeds, keeping memory low on imports of thousands of SKUs.
